Introduction

Mukdam Biharilal Mahavidyalaya is situated at N.H.-2, Near Toll Plaza, Mahuan, Farah, Mathura, and governed by MUKDAM BIHARI LAL SHIKSHA SAMITI, Mahuan, Farah, Mathura which is recognised under Society Act, 1860 under Registration no. 1801/2002-03 on dated 22/12/2005. Mukdam Biharilal Mahavidyalaya was established in year 2007 with a vision to uplift more backward in the rural area to create more and more opportunities for seeking higher education.
